- 01
Discovery and analysis
We define the problem in business terms, not software terms; the output is a process map, a data inventory and an integration list.
- 02
Scope and architecture
A phased delivery plan, the data model and the permission matrix are agreed together. If an off-the-shelf solution is enough, we say so.
- 03
Prototype and feedback
Decisions are made on a clickable prototype while they are still cheap; working software is demonstrated regularly during development.
- 04
Security inside the design
Authorisation is enforced at the database level, audit logs and backups are standard components, and personal data is processed for defined purposes only.
- 05
Controlled launch
Go-live follows a migration rehearsal, a rollback plan and, where needed, a period of running alongside the old system.
- 06
Support and growth
Launch is the beginning of the relationship: monitoring, updates and usage-based improvement continue under a regular maintenance plan.
